We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Assistant Manager to join our team! In this role, you will work closely with our customer accounts to build strong relationships and develop effective sales solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Your contributions will be vital to both our company's success and the satisfaction of our clients. Acting as a key liaison, you will bridge the gap between our clients and customers, helping to grow our customer base while maintaining excellent service for existing accounts.

Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Engage daily with potential clients, delivering exceptional customer support and building lasting connections.
  • Participate in account management meetings and conference calls to stay aligned with team objectives and client needs.
  • Understand the complete sales cycle, including market knowledge, prospecting, appointment scheduling, and closing deals effectively.
  • Drive new business development by proactively reaching out to consumers and converting leads into customers.
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge to prospective clients, including detailed cost/benefit analyses in relation to local competitors.
  • Track and document sales activities and trends for assigned accounts to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members, offering guidance and support as needed to enhance overall account management.

Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, with a proven record of success.
  • Experience in business development, management, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for customers and maintain a positive, reassuring demeanor.
  • A desire to develop leadership skills and grow within the team environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and attend conferences and workshops, which may require flexibility in scheduling.
